General lawyer, I exercise a dominant activity in civil, commercial, criminal disputes, as well as in legal problems between FRANCE and HISPANIC countries.

Registered with the BORDEAUX Bar since 1996, the date on which I took the oath, I am a member of the Criminal Defense Institute and the CRIC (Center for research, information and consultation on the rights of the child).

Bilingual French/Spanish, my firm has a network of correspondents in SPAIN and LATIN AMERICA. So I assist, advise or represent the parties before all these courts.

I hold a master's degree in business law, a DESS in health law, and a French-Spanish master's degree from the Universities of BORDEAUX and DEUSTO BILBAO.

With several years of experience in litigation and consulting, my areas of intervention are criminal law, family and personal law, compensation for bodily injury (accidents, assaults, etc.), insurance law (construction insurance), residential leases, commercial leases and corporate law.

I intervene both at the level of advice and litigation, assistance or representation before the French courts.
